2. Information on this website
The website presents services, projects, articles and resources relating to SEO, WordPress, web development, automation, data tools and related digital work. General descriptions and examples are provided for information. They are not, by themselves, a binding offer to deliver a particular project at a particular price or by a particular date.
I aim to keep the content accurate and useful, but technical information can become outdated and must be assessed for your own environment. Before using code or making changes to a live website, review the relevant documentation, make suitable backups and test the changes safely.
3. Enquiries and service agreements
You can use the contact form or email to discuss a project. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or oblige either party to enter into a contract.
The scope of work, deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, schedule, responsibilities and any ongoing support are agreed separately, for example in an accepted proposal or another agreement. Any applicable cancellation provisions, rights in deliverables and data-processing arrangements should be addressed in that agreement.
Nothing on this page imposes an unagreed deposit, cancellation fee, automatic renewal or refund restriction. An existing client agreement is not changed simply because this website or these terms are updated.
